PLATE DRIVER AND RECTIFIER

It is a system designed to be applied for materials between 10kg to 15.000 kg weights and for widths between 10mm to 1500mm in order to conduct automated manufacturing with plates or flat materials. It is developed to drive the plate bands in progressive moulds or transfer/robot moulds used for pressed piece manufacturing operations. The driver ensures the driving steps stable by releasing the plate during forming or cutting operations in pressing operations with plate materials. The compact drivers’ band releasing features for a short time, ensures its configuration on a shorter body compared to traditional driver systems. This is because the interval between the driver and rectifier group is reduced to 0 levels in compact drivers.
